Presentation of Reggio Emilia Teams at Granfondo Matildica Merida

On Saturday, August 24th, at 6:00 PM in Piazza Gioberti, there will be a presentation of the Reggio Emilia cycling teams. This initiative reflects the spirit of collaboration that has developed during the organization of the Granfondo Matildica Merida; the technical and organizational support, along with the high number of participants from these friendly societies, has been fundamental.

In addition to ASD Cooperatori, the organizing society, the following teams will also participate: Polisportiva Cicli Scandiano, Sculazzo, ASD Ciclistica Boiardo, Squadrareggio, Società Ciclistica Rubierese, New Motor Bike, and Team Cicli Campioli.

The highlight will be the presence of a team from Dubai, consisting of 25 athletes (both men and women) from the Dubai Police, which has generated much excitement among the organizers. The Dubai Police Cycling Team is a specialized sports unit within Dubai Police, focused on enhancing the physical fitness of its members and presenting Dubai Police as a modern institution aligned with health and environmental trends. The spirit that unites these two realities is one of sharing experiences that strengthen international ties in sports competitions, particularly in cycling.
