For the Granfondo Matildica Merida it is important not only the wellbeing of the participants during the race, but also afterwards with a good pasta party on arrival, which refreshes them and pays them back for the efforts made on the bike.
The pasta party of Matildica will be "gourmet" in fact the cyclists on arrival will find on the menu of the day an appetizer consisting of erbazzone (typical dish of Reggio Emilia) and bread with pâté of olives or dried tomatoes, while as first courses the participants can choose between three types of pasta: pesto, oil with taggiasche olives and ragù, all accompanied by the good Lambrusco of Cantina Santa Croce.
This is a "cuddly" that the Granfondo Matildica wants to offer to all the participants
